Purchasing Controls
Our Purchasing/billing system is very flexible to provide you with various controls over how your in store account is used. You can restrict purchases to "purchase order only" or only allow certain individuals to use your account. Contact us to discuss your specific requirements.
Catalog Shopping
The Ace Commercial Catalog offers over 60,000 products for maintenance, operation, and repair requirements for our Commercial and Industrial customers. Catalog shopping is a time-saving and efficient way to get you needed materials and parts. Those benefits are yours by using the Ziegler's Ace Commercial Catalog.
Volume Pricing
The more of an item we can buy from a supplier, the less that item costs. We are pleased to pass on those savings to our customers. Since the quantity and savings may vary from item to item, please ask us for the details on your particular needs. We also have a special pricing program for paint contractors who purchase Benjamin Moore Paints.
Ace Helpful Hardware Club
When you open your charge account with Ziegler's Ace, you are automatically enrolled in our Ace Helpful Hardware Club. You earn points for every purchase and will periodically receive purchase certificates equal to 2% of your purchases. In addition we have 50 to 100 items per month which are specially priced for HHC members.
Product Availability
To assure that your business has the maintenance, operation, and repair products when they are needed, we will maintain "bank" stocks of items at our stores that are most crucial to your operation. When your normal inventory of those parts is gone, you can rely on our "bank" stock to tide you over until we can replenish your inventory. This partnering with our Commercial and Industrial Customers has helped lower their cost of doing business and reduced downtime.
Special Orders
If we do not stock an item or have enough stock on hand, we will try to the best of out ability to obtain it. We can transfer it in from one of our other stores, order it in from our Ace warehouse, or order it direct from the manufacturer. We have numerous resources available to research product sources for those hard to find items. Please let us know about any other special needs of your business.
