    Ziegler's Ace Hardware has updated its paint department to make shopping for paint and paint supplies a pleasant experience. Ace has given a name to this exciting new concept - Color Your Life. In order to merchandise the paint department for ease of use, a study was conducted to identify how customers shop for paint. The results of that study yielded guidance for product placement. Not only do Ziegler's shoppers find the high quality paint they expect at Ace, they also easily locate all the other items needed to complete their painting project.

New lighting intensifies the 1400 tints and shades displayed in the Ace Paint "Color Your Life" color display. It also helps light the paint mixing area, which features a counter with stainless steel work top, attractive murals and an inviting wood-look floor. Informational signage helps customers choose the right product for their project. Another feature shoppers love is the store's ability to copmuter match color samples customers bring into the store (a free and frequently used service).
